 Ms. Miller tattoos went with a full-color depiction of Norse mythology on her human canvas' thighs. Artists were given four six-hour sessions over several months to design and execute their visions.

Sixteen tattoo artists, including Pittsburgh's Sarah Miller, were featured in the premiere Tuesday night, with back-to-back episodes kicking off Season 2 of the Spike TV competitive reality show.

Looking back over the last few months, Miller, 27, says she is awed by the exciting, boot-camp-like experience of the show. She remains surprised that it happened in the first place.
